How do I check the status of my RMA and/or part request?

To check the current status of your RMA, do the following.

    •    Log into your account at http://support.madcatz.com/
    •    Click the View Tickets link

You will see the Status of your ticket(s) in the Status column. Below is a list of statuses.

    •    RMA Approved = Your RMA request has been approved
    •    RMA Received = Your RMA has been received by us
    •    RMA un-repairable and replaced = Your RMA has been replaced and is being shipped back
    •    RMA repaired and sent back = Your RMA has been repaired and is being shipped back

To check the current status of your replacement part, do the following.

    •    Log into your account at http://support.madcatz.com/
    •    Click on View Tickets link

You will see the Status of your ticket(s) in the Status column. Below is a list of statuses.

    •    Parts Approved = Your part request has been approved and will ship shortly
    •    Parts Sent = Your part has been shipped

If a tracking number is available, it will be viewable in the ticket details.  Just click on the ticket to open it and the tracking number will be posted at the top.
