The Wi-Fi on my M.O.J.O. stopped working. How can I fix this?

To get the Wi-Fi working again, try the following;

  • Power cycle the M.O.J.O. by unplugging the AC adapter from the back of the M.O.J.O. for 10 seconds

Plug the AC adapter back in then test the Wi-Fi once the M.O.J.O. is on.  If that does not solve the issue, try restoring the M.O.J.O. to factory defaults.  To restore the M.O.J.O. to factory defaults, do the following;

  • Load the M.O.J.O. and go into 'Settings'
  • Select 'Backup & restore'
  • Select 'Factory data reset'

This will erase all added content on the M.O.J.O. and restore it to the factory settings.  This will get the Wi-Fi working again.
